Supply Chain Business Analyst

job summary:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Business Analyst to support critical pOTD (promised On-Time Delivery) operations, dashboard reporting, and process automation. In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain Program Managers and Materials Managers to optimize delivery tracking, manage project funding workflows, and extract insights through SQL analysis.

responsibilities:

• Monitor delivery metrics, capture risks for late deliveries, and track pOTD overrides.
• Build visibility dashboards and present weekly OTD summary metrics to leadership.
• Partner with Materials Managers to resolve missing commits and streamline operational timelines.
• Perform SQL data extraction, transformation, and validation to drive process automation.

qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / pOTD Operations.

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.

Strong SQL proficiency for data management, extraction, and validation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency with Google Workspace and dashboard visualization tools.

Familiarity with eBuilder or project funding/clawback management processes.

Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
