Title: Master Scheduler

Location: Hybrid(Houston, TX)

Duration: Full-time

This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple projects and workstreams. The Master Scheduler will coordinate schedule information, manage dependencies and critical path activities, consolidate project status, and provide program-level reporting and dashboards to project and program leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain critical path, milestones, dependencies, and key delivery dates.
• Consolidate project schedules and status information from multiple Project Managers and workstreams.
• Identify schedule variances, delays, risks, and potential impacts to program milestones.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and action logs.
• Track outstanding actions and ensure timely follow-up with project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, schedule reports, and management reporting.
• Support recurring project/program meeting cadence, including status reporting, meeting materials, and action tracking.
• Lead schedule review and update meetings with Project Managers and Program Managers.
• Ensure project schedules are current, accurate, and aligned with the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Perform critical path, schedule analysis, and identify potential mitigation or recovery actions.
• Provide schedule updates and analysis to Program Managers and senior leadership.
• Develop schedule management standards, templates, and reporting processes.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and summaries related to schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure consistency across individual project schedules and the overall program schedule.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, program scheduling, or project controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Proven experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Strong understanding of critical path, dependencies, milestones, baselines, and schedule variance analysis.
• Experience supporting large enterprise programs with multiple projects/workstreams.
• Experience consolidating project status and producing program-level dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with Project Managers, Program Managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex schedule information and communicate risks, impacts, and recommended actions.
