Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MRO / Repair Engineer to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. The role will focus on aircraft structural repair design, repair substantiation, non-conformance disposition, and production engineering support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support MRO and aircraft repair engineering activities.

• Develop aircraft structural repair designs for metallic and composite structures.

• Prepare repair substantiation and supporting engineering documentation.

• Perform non-conformance disposition and support root cause/corrective action activities.

• Provide production engineering support and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.

• Coordinate with DERs, Service Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Ensure repair solutions comply with applicable FAA Part 25 and airworthiness requirements.

• Support service engineering activities and coordinate technical resolutions with relevant stakeholders.

• Use CATIA V5 for aircraft structural design and repair-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

• Relevant experience in MRO / Aircraft Repair Engineering.

• Hands-on experience with aircraft structural repairs involving metallic and composite structures.

• Experience with repair design and repair substantiation.

• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

• Experience supporting production and service engineering teams.

• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
