The Role

• Conduct market research to identify and develop prospects within a specific region.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to meticulously track all prospect and client data.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and define service specifications.
• Develop proposals, contracts, and estimates, working closely with sales leadership.
• Actively participate in industry and community networks to expand business reach.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related field is advantageous; an Associate degree or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Proven ability to engage confidently and professionally with diverse clientele.
• Experience in developing robust business relationships and identifying new revenue streams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for data management and tracking.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and prospect evaluation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
