Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Lead for a complete on-site engagement in Gramercy, Louisiana. In this role, you will spearhead the configuration, optimization, and management of SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, ensuring that our plant operations, maintenance scheduling, and asset lifecycle management run with maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Module Leadership: Drive the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) solutions.
• Asset Optimization: Streamline equipment maintenance, breakdown tracking, preventive maintenance planning, and work order management processes.
• Business Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers, reliability engineers, and operations teams in Gramercy to translate business needs into robust system capabilities.
• Integration Management: Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (such as SAP MM, PP, and FI/CO) to ensure smooth integration across supply chain and financial operations.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex technical and functional issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize EAM performance.
• Training & Governance: Develop documentation, provide user training, and establish best practices for ongoing system maintenance and utilization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Extensive hands-on implementation and support experience as an SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of asset lifecycle management, work order processing, preventive/predictive maintenance, bill of materials (BOMs), equipment hierarchies, and functional locations.
• Deployment Experience: Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle implementations or major upgrades within industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments.
• Location Requirements: Ability to work 100% on-site in Gramercy, Louisiana.
