SAP Asset Management Business Analyst

Innova is seeking an SAP Asset Management Business Analyst to optimize asset lifecycle processes within our unified communications and customer experience platforms. You will partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, configure and support SAP PM/EAM modules, and translate asset management needs into scalable SAP solutions. Responsibilities include designing workflows, performing gap/fit analysis, writing functional specs, supporting integrations and data migration, executing testing, and training users. This role suits a detail-oriented analyst comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment with complex global client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document SAP asset management requirements
• Configure and support SAP PM/EAM modules to optimize asset lifecycle processes
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and design end-to-end asset management workflows
• Develop functional specifications for integrations, enhancements, and reports
• Support data migration, data quality, and asset master data governance
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and production support
• Partner with developers, architects, and project managers on cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Ensure solutions align with best practices and compliance standards
