The Role

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring complex production facilities, especially in wet chemical processes.
• Independently identifying and fixing minor plant malfunctions to ensure smooth production.
• Performing cleaning tasks on equipment and refilling with production materials and auxiliary agents.
• Managing chemical plants, including chemical preparation and supply.
• Preparing and providing samples for internal and external analyses.
• Producing process chemicals according to specified recipes.
• Supporting quality control, including sample collection and incoming goods analysis.
• Consistently adhering to company standards for order, cleanliness, and occupational health and environmental protection.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed training as a Chemical Operator or in a comparable technical or scientific field.
• Practical experience in the safe handling of chemicals and technical equipment.
• Initial laboratory experience or experience with production equipment is desirable.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking skills, and quick comprehension.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• High degree of teamwork, reliability, and loyalty.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
