The Role

• Collaborate effectively with parents, educators, youth welfare offices, and relevant professional bodies.

What You'll Need

• A completed degree in Social Pedagogy, or qualifications as a Pedagogical Specialist, Heilpädagoge, or relevant further training for career changers under specific conditions.
• A compassionate and professional pedagogical approach, characterized by empathy, good humor, and composed resilience.
• A valid Class B driver's license.
• Proficiency in social pedagogical methods and experience managing crisis situations.
• A passion for establishing structures and empowering young people in their development.
• Strong teamwork, resilience, and self-reflection skills.
