Looking for a Career Where People Come First? Remedy Intelligent Staffing is seeking an HR Assistant who is passionate about supporting employees, keeping processes running smoothly, and making a positive impact every day.
Day Shift: Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.00-$25.00/hr based on experience
Job Duties of an HR Assistant:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Welcome and assist visitors, determine the nature of business, and notify appropriate team members of meeting arrivals.
- Perform labor ticket and other data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating activities, and supporting departmental communication.
- Support office and production operations by maintaining organized records and documentation.

2+ years of HR, payroll, or administrative support experience
