Job Description

Human Resource Coordinator – Talent Operations

We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support Talent Operations and HR Technology initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role will focus on HR system administration, recruiting operations, end-user support, process improvement, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and continuously improve Talent Acquisition systems and applications.
  • Monitor and manage inbound HR Technology requests through ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and drive requests to timely closure.
  • Follow up with end users to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Triage complex issues to HRIS and other subject matter experts.
  • Support recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and program specialists with system transactions.
  • Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and enhance candidate experience.
  • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for system and process changes.
  • Conduct workshops, office hours, and user training for Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Participate in HR-led projects and cross-functional workstreams.
  • Partner with HRIS, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Analytics teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audits, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, or related areas.
  • Experience as a systems administrator in Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or another HR ERP/HR technology platform.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with audits, operational processes, troubleshooting, and data management.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow experience.
  • Workday implementation or configuration experience.
  • Talent Acquisition technology experience.
  • HR systems/process improvement experience.
  • Experience creating training materials and conducting end-user training.
  • Experience with HR analytics or People Operations.

Location

Stamford, CT / Fort Myers, FL / Irving, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – onsite a few times per month. Candidates should be located in or near one of the listed locations.
