Project Manager 4
Primary Location: Mechanicsville, VA
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Project Manager 4 for our premier client Mechanicsville, VA.
Education and Experience»

8+ years of project management experience in technical environments leading teams through waterfall and agile methodologies
PMP & CSM Certifications
10+ years of project management experience in technical environments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Strong understanding of software development life cycle models.
Experience working closely with development, QA, and engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery practices
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, tracking, visibility) or similar tool.
Proficiency with Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tool.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and other MS Office or similar tools.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide maturing Agile teams.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, tracking, visibility) or similar tool.
Experience managing modernization or cloud-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Clear and timely communication of risks, issues, and status.
Well-facilitated Scrum ceremonies and maturing Agile team practices.
Improved delivery workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Consistent progress toward modernization and microservices delivery.
