Agile Project Manager

job summary:

As our Agile Project Manager, you will be a facilitator of project execution, responsible for coordinating team tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring our global digital initiatives are completed on time and as specified. You will work in close partnership with the Agile Scrum Master to turn plans into tangible results, directly contributing to the successful delivery of value to our Compact Hydraulics business.

responsibilities:

Drive Task Execution and Delivery: Actively coordinate daily

project tasks, track their completion against sprint goals, and ensure the

team remains focused on delivering committed work within the agreed-upon

timelines.

Meticulous Progress Tracking and Reporting: Maintain detailed and

accurate project documentation, rigorously track key performance indicators

(KPIs), and provide clear, data-driven reports on progress, risks, and

delivery status to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.

Ensure Clarity and Alignment for Delivery: Translate project

requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the team, ensuring everyone

understands their responsibilities and what is needed to achieve successful

delivery.

Proactive Impediment Resolution: Identify and escalate any

blockers or risks that threaten project timelines, taking initiative to

facilitate their resolution and keep the team moving forward.

Coordinate Deliverables and Stakeholder Communication: Manage the

logistics of sprint reviews and product demos, ensuring that completed work

is presented effectively and that stakeholder feedback is captured and

integrated.

qualifications:

- Execution-Focused Project Coordination: Proven ability to coordinate complex tasks, manage timelines, and hold teams accountable for delivery. Experience in a project coordination or junior project management role (1-2+ years) is essential.

- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail, particularly in tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring requirements are met precisely as specified.

- Results-Driven Mindset: A strong bias for action and a focus on outcomes. Possesses the drive and tenacity to see tasks through to completion and a clear understanding of the importance of on-time delivery.

- Clear, Concise Communication: The ability to communicate information, tasks, and deadlines with absolute clarity to technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring there is no ambiguity in what needs to be delivered.

- Resilience and Problem-Solving: The capacity to thrive under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and proactively solve problems that stand in the way of project completion.

Education/Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Economics preferred)

- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent (If no certification, at least 2 years of applicable experience in lieu of a certification)
