Event Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We are hiring a full-time
Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our local promotions and community outreach team.
No prior marketing or event experience is required.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Event Prep & Setup:
Assist with setting up promotional materials, displays, and signage at local events.

Customer Engagement

Welcome and interact with event attendees, providing accurate information about our clients' products, services, and promotions.

Brand Representation

Serve as the professional, friendly face of our clients during community outreach initiatives.

Team Collaboration

Attend daily team meetings, participate in coaching sessions, and coordinate with team members to hit event goals.

Reporting

Complete basic event documentation and share customer feedback with team leaders to improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong verbal communication and exceptional people skills.
A professional, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to work.
Comfort working in public-facing, high-energy environments.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and scheduled local events.
Background in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or restaurant work is a plus, but not required
