We are seeking a proactive and motivated
Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our team in expanding our client base and enhancing our market position. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and sales who can identify opportunities, execute campaigns, and drive results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive new business leads and client engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to create sales materials, proposals, and presentations that align with our brand and goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients, making recommendations based on findings. Support the sales team in managing client relationships, providing marketing insights to enhance engagement. Organize events, webinars, and other client-facing activities to strengthen client relationships and promote our services.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness to drive continual improvement in marketing and sales initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
~2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
~ Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
