IT Project Manager (Level II) with Security Clearance

Experience: 4–8 years About the role: Globalpundits is hiring an IT Project Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll independently lead delivery of a team's technology initiative. You'll coordinate business stakeholders, technical resources and vendors from planning through go-live. What you'll do:

• Plan, execute and deliver the team's technology initiative with limited supervision
• Own the project schedule, budget, risk log and status reporting for the full engagement
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical resources, vendors and project team members
• Analyze delivery problems, develop solutions and drive issues to resolution
• Lead specific workstreams or small teams and guide junior project staff
• Run delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods as the project requires What we're looking for:
• 4–8 years of IT project management experience, including at least 4 years leading IT project delivery
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
• Experience managing project budgets and risk registers
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in energy, utilities, manufacturing or other regulated industries is a plus
