Senior IT Project Manager (Level III) with Security Clearance

Experience: 8–12+ years About the role: Globalpundits is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll lead a complex technology initiative and work directly with senior stakeholders. You'll also bring the expertise to guide the team through a high-visibility, multi-year build-out. What you'll do:

• Lead planning, execution and delivery of a complex technology initiative over a 3-year engagement
• Own the project schedule, budget, risk log and executive status reporting
• Work directly with business leaders, technical teams and vendors on complex issues and decisions
• Provide subject-matter expertise and recommendations on delivery approach, risk and scope
• Lead workstreams or teams, and mentor project managers and junior staff
• Manage vendor coordination, dependencies across teams and change control What we're looking for:
• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years leading IT project delivery
• Track record delivering large or multi-year technology programs, such as enterprise applications, system implementations or integrations
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
• Deep experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in nuclear, energy, utilities, life sciences or other regulated industries strongly preferred
