Associate IT Project Manager (Level I) with Security Clearance

Location: Kemmerer, WY Type: Contract, 3 years
Experience: 1–4 years About the role: GlobalPundits is hiring an Associate IT Project Manager for a multi-year technology program with a client in the regulated energy sector. You'll support the delivery of a team's technology initiative under the guidance of senior project leadership. This role is a strong next step for someone building a project management career in a complex, regulated environment.

What you'll do: Support planning and day-to-day execution of the team's technology initiative
Maintain the project schedule, action items, risk log and status reports
Track tasks, deadlines and budget against plan, and flag issues early
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and communication with stakeholders, technical staff and vendors
Follow established project methods, tools and procedures, and escalate complex problems to senior leads What we're looking for: Up to 4 years of experience in IT project coordination, project management or a related role
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
Strong organization, written communication and follow-through
Comfort with project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or similar
CAPM, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus (or working toward one)
