We are currently seeking a highly professional Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our leadership team and help deliver a seamless and premium ownership experience for our clients.

The Automotive Finance Manager plays a critical role in finalizing vehicle purchases by structuring financing, presenting protection products, and ensuring full regulatory compliance. This role requires a polished professional who can deliver a consultative, high-end client experience while achieving strong profitability and performance targets. Structure vehicle financing and leasing solutions tailored to luxury clientele

• Work closely with national and regional lenders to secure competitive financing options
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and manufacturer programs
• Deliver a seamless transition from the sales consultant to the finance office
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism with client financial information
• 3+ years of Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred
• New Car Franchise dealership experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of leasing, financing structures, and lender programs
• Experience with CDK, Dealertrack, Darwin, RouteOne, CVR, and digital econtracting platforms
