Job Description

Workato Platform Development & Administration
Strong experience with Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, and integrations
Integration architecture, design, development, and optimization
REST and SOAP APIs, including custom connector development
Experience creating reusable templates, components, and automation patterns
Integration governance, standards, and best practices
Error handling, monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
Integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience troubleshooting integration failures, performance issues, and production defects
Business process automation and workflow optimization
Strong understanding of data mapping, integration dependencies, and workflow architecture
Technical documentation for recipes, connectors, configurations, workflows, and operational procedures
Ability to assess, consolidate, simplify, and retire legacy integrations
Experience with platform upgrades, enhancements, and change management
Strong production support and technical escalation experience
Ability to evaluate business and technical requirements and prioritize integration solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business teams
Ability to provide technical recommendations on Workato capabilities, connectors, and automation opportunities
