Job Description

  • Workato Platform Development & Administration
  • Strong experience with Workato recipes, connectors, workflows, and integrations
  • Integration architecture, design, development, and optimization
  • REST and SOAP APIs, including custom connector development
  • Experience creating reusable templates, components, and automation patterns
  • Integration governance, standards, and best practices
  • Error handling, monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting
  • Integration testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience troubleshooting integration failures, performance issues, and production defects
  • Business process automation and workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, integration dependencies, and workflow architecture
  • Technical documentation for recipes, connectors, configurations, workflows, and operational procedures
  • Ability to assess, consolidate, simplify, and retire legacy integrations
  • Experience with platform upgrades, enhancements, and change management
  • Strong production support and technical escalation experience
  • Ability to evaluate business and technical requirements and prioritize integration solutions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business teams
  • Ability to provide technical recommendations on Workato capabilities, connectors, and automation opportunities
