Technical Writer

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) seeks a Technical Writer, Data Centers to develop clear, accurate documentation that supports data center real estate and facilities operations. You will create and maintain SOPs, MOPs, user guides, and technical standards for critical infrastructure, partnering with engineers, facility managers, and project teams. Responsibilities include structuring complex information, ensuring consistency and compliance, and tailoring content for technical and non-technical audiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, MOPs, user guides, and standards for data center facilities and infrastructure
• Translate complex technical concepts from engineers and facility managers into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Structure, organize, and version-control content in alignment with JLL and client standards
• Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global data center and real estate projects
• Continuously improve documentation processes, templates, and style guidelines
• Tailor content for technical and non-technical audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders
• Support knowledge transfer, training materials, and playbooks for operations teams
