Required Skills
A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:
Technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments
Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV, QA, PROD).

Proven experience preparing BOMs, system architecture documentation, and operational runbooks
Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, protocols, firewalls)
Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio (or similar diagramming tools), and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
