Senior Business Analyst

• Atleast 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake.
• Experience with data analysis, data validation, and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of data flows, report development, and data publishing.
• Experience with UAT planning, test cases, and validation.
• Analyze reporting requirements, investigate data discrepancies, document data flows, validate reports, support data publishing, and ensure deliverables follow established business analysis standards.
• Ability to document business processes and technical requirements.
• Experience publishing data to open data portals or public-facing websites is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills: Government or public-sector projects, data reporting initiatives, and complex technology implementations.
