The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) supports digital transformation initiatives by partnering with business and technical teams to identify needs, analyze processes, and deliver technology-driven solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, translate business needs into requirements, and drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment on goals and solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between leadership, business users, vendors, and technical teams.
• Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance system integration and interoperability.
• Support change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Follow and promote established governance standards and best practices.
