Job Description

With the onset of the global economy, its payments infrastructure is shaping how banks, fintechs, and businesses everywhere collect, convert, and disburse funds instantly across borders. Its payout network supports 100 currencies and spans 190+ countries, 100 of which in real-time. Funds can be disbursed to accounts, wallets, and cards and collected locally in 40 markets. Nium holds regulatory licenses and authorizations in more than 40 countries, enabling seamless onboarding, rapid integration, and compliance – independent of geography.

The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore. A Senior Financial Analyst evaluates financial data to provide insights that drive business decisions. They are responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing market trends to assess company performance. Proactive team partner act as the key point of contact and support for specific international entity/entities. Ensure data availability of across entities to ensure compliance and regulatory information is met.

Liaise with other teams, Banking Team, Operations, Tax etc to coordinate requirements, flow of information and improvement of processes. Assist in preparation of monthly financials – Income Statement and Balance sheet for all entities and at consol level. Review of Bank Reconciliations at monthly intervals. Perform variance analysis, accruals and provisions for expenses and revenue. Maintain Audit readiness for all entities each month. Assist in preparation of Cash Forecast for current and future months. Assist in migration of financials to NetSuite for new entities.

Qualified CA with min 4+ years’ experience in public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) and/or MNC. In-depth knowledge of accounting is a must. Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is required. knowledge of other foreign local GAAP is advantageous. Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision. Onsite – Mumbai Office.
