Private Equity Paralegal

A leading private investment firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain broad exposure to legal, compliance, corporate, and fund-related matters within a sophisticated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and manage a variety of agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Assist with fund formation projects and ongoing legal entity maintenance
• Maintain legal documentation, contract databases, and corporate records
• Support compliance, regulatory, and recordkeeping initiatives
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on legal matters
• Assist with legal operations and special projects across the organization

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate required
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts
• Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within a law firm, financial services organization, investment firm, asset manager, banking institution, or in-house legal department preferred
• Exposure to private funds, fund formation, or investment management matters is a plus
