Senior Paralegal - Investment Management - eFinancialCareers

A leading investment management firm in Stamford, CT is looking to hire into its Legal & Compliance team. This is a hands-on role supporting senior legal counsel while working closely with compliance, operations and front office teams across the business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the review, preparation and execution of a broad range of legal documentation, working closely with senior lawyers on day-to-day matters.
2. Assist with the onboarding and ongoing maintenance of broker and other financial relationships, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
3. Help manage commercial and trading agreements, including tracking key terms, coordinating execution and maintaining organised records.
4. Coordinate KYC and due diligence requests with counterparties, financial institutions and internal stakeholders.
5. Maintain legal records, databases and workflow tools, while helping improve internal processes and implement new technology, including AI-driven solutions.
6. Provide day-to-day operational support to the legal team, managing multiple priorities and acting as a point of contact for routine legal and compliance matters.

The position is fully office-based, with the team working from the office five days a week.
