The Role

• Participate in an accelerated training program to prepare for a Store Management role.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of store operations, customer relations, and internal strategy.
• Drive market share growth by selling high-quality products to commercial clients.
• Oversee business operations and provide leadership and strategic insights.
• Develop foundational skills in leadership, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree by the program start date.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Prior leadership or team supervision experience is a plus.
