Job Description
Project Delivery Lead
Location: Miami, FL(Hybrid)
Duration: Long term contract
The Lead, Project Delivery ensures successful execution of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects.
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Manage budgets, risks, and change control processes.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
