The Role

• Select and move products within the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure accurate and timely picking of food and non-food items.
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment, including wrapping and labeling.
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards while adhering to company policies.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse or distribution experience, including motorized pallet jack operation.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including required overtime, and adapt to multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly, with products weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo a post-offer drug test and background check.
• Ability to achieve EPJ certification and complete required training independently.
