What You'll Do
Greet customers and build trust from the first interaction
Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify customer concerns
Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence
Follow up on estimates and unsold work
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
Maximize Average Repair Order (ARO) while maintaining customer satisfaction
Manage appointments and workflow efficiently
Deliver a professional experience that earns repeat business and referrals
What We're Looking For
? Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
? Strong closing skills

Excellent communication and customer service
? Ability to explain repairs in simple terms
? Goal-oriented and self-motivated
? Comfortable discussing repair recommendations and handling objections
