What You'll Do
Help customers purchase new and pre-owned vehicles
Build relationships and deliver an exceptional buying experience
Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
Maintain product knowledge and CRM activity
Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
No automotive sales experience required
Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Excellent conversational and people skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn
Goal-oriented with the desire to earn a high income
Valid driver's license
