UX Designer :: Hybrid :: W2 Position

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create user-friendly, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences for enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business analysts, and front-end developers to transform business requirements into effective design solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete UX design process, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and final design implementation.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions, and usability testing to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Develop user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, and consistent design standards.
• Collaborate with React and front-end development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Apply accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines to deliver inclusive user experiences.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Improve existing designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and product analytics.
• Work closely with offshore design teams to coordinate design handoffs and maintain consistency across deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX design or product design for web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design projects and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience developing design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Understanding of component-based front-end frameworks, particularly React.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working on enterprise-level or data-intensive applications is preferred.
