UX Designer--W2 Profiles Only

Role Summary
Leads onsite user experience design for the engagement, creating intuitive, accessible interfaces in close
collaboration with product, business analysis and front-end engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and usability testing
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
• Define and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries
• Collaborate with Front-End (React) and UI developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Present design concepts and rationale to client stakeholders
• Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
• Coordinate with the offshore UX Designer on handoffs and design continuity
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in UX or product design for web applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Experience with design systems and component-based front-end frameworks such as React
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with enterprise or data-heavy applications is a plus
