They are known for developing and modernizing medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations, playing a vital role in the region's power grid. The Role • Assemble steel structures in 110kV to 380kV switchgear (air- and gas-insulated systems). • Install high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment and electrical systems. • Mount construction materials such as HV clamps, suspension and support insulators. • Install and dismantle bolted and press connections, including pipe and cable assembly with cable pulling. • Revise plan documents through red markings. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as a locksmith, metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic, plant mechanic, or equivalent qualification. • Professional experience in locksmithing, preferably in construction, mechanical and plant engineering, energy technology, utility technology, or the metal processing industry. • Ideally, experience working safely with electrical installations. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and own vehicle for travel to job sites. • Willingness for regular on-site assignments (Monday-Thursday) in Southeast Germany, including overnight stays. • Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic.
