Clinical Sales Specialist, Acute Care - Minneapolis / St Paul

Baxter seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to drive sales of respiratory health products in acute care hospital settings across a five-state territory. The role combines direct customer engagement with strategic account management, emphasizing capital equipment sales and disposable pull-through while coordinating clinical support.

Responsibilities
Generate new sales of Volara System, Vest 205, and Synclara System with emphasis on capital and disposable opportunities
Conduct customer needs assessments and develop solution-based sales proposals using internal tools and resources
Negotiate contracts and pricing with healthcare system decision-makers at clinical, executive, and financial levels
Coordinate product installations, training delivery, and customer satisfaction follow-up with clinical specialist teams
Maintain and expand relationships across hospital departments to retain existing business and grow account presence
Requirements
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
5+ years proven medical device or healthcare sales experience
Strong analytical and business acumen for complex healthcare negotiations
Ability to manage multi-departmental, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Willingness to travel 60-75% overnight monthly across assigned territory
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation:
$76,000-$90,000 base plus uncapped commission and incentive
