We are seeking a specialist to manage and support production integrations connecting Patient Services, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and other enterprise systems. The role will ensure reliable data flow, quickly resolve integration issues, and proactively improve integration operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support Workato recipes, integrations, APIs, and scheduled jobs in production.
  • Troubleshoot failed jobs, API errors, authentication issues, data mapping issues, and connectivity problems.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Patient Services platforms, and downstream systems.
  • Analyze Workato logs, payloads, and execution history to identify root causes.
  • Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Validate data movement and perform transaction reconciliation across systems.
  • Maintain Workato connections, configurations, error handling, and integration documentation.
  • Support production releases, enhancements, and deployment activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to reliability, monitoring, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce, application, data, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.

Required Work Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on Workato experience, preferably in production support.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth, webhooks, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce APIs, preferably Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting, SQL, data validation, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience with production support, incident management, and SLA-driven environments.
  • Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical / Patient Services experience preferred.

Ideal Profile:

A hands-on integration professional who can own day-to-day Workato operations, troubleshoot issues independently, manage production incidents, and ensure seamless data flow between Patient Services, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, and enterprise applications.
