Pricing Lead - BPA

We're partnering with a specialist insurer looking to appoint a Pricing Lead to join its growing Bulk Purchase Annuity team.

This is a commercially focused role sitting at the heart of transaction delivery, offering the opportunity to take ownership of deals from initial assessment through to execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the pricing of BPA transactions from opportunity assessment through to completion
• Oversee DB pension data analysis, cashflow modelling and pricing outputs
• Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders
• Support buy-in and buy-out transactions, including post-deal true-up calculations
• Drive enhancements to pricing models and methodologies
• Mentor junior actuarial team members and support their development

About You

• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary
• Strong DB pensions experience, gained within consulting, insurance or reinsurance
• Experience in pension risk transfer, BPA pricing or de-risking transactions
• Strong modelling and analytical capabilities
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to make recommendations and influence decisions
