The Role

• Translate complex customer needs into detailed, multi-level requirements.
• Develop advanced system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Oversee integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems with electronic, mechanical, optical, and software components.
• Take accountability for collaborative technical work packages and their outcomes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to other engineers, fostering team capability growth.
• Drive system evolution using best-practice lifecycle processes and modern methodologies like Agile.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in requirements management, design analysis, modelling, and simulation using tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, and/or Simulink, with knowledge of SysML.
• Experience in customer and/or supplier liaison for technical aspects, including verification and agreement on customer needs.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics).
• Desirable: Experience in integration, test, and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems, including an understanding of safety assessment processes.
