IT Support Technician (Help Desk / Desktop / Service Desk)

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Desktop/Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to our internal users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows OS installation and configuration, software deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Deploy software updates, patches, and upgrades to desktop systems.
• Provide desktop support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Assist with basic networking tasks, including connectivity troubleshooting and setup.
• Support hardware connectivity, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment.
• Set up and maintain test benches and lab environments for testing purposes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, switches, and controllers.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system maintenance and operational efficiency.
