Production Support Analyst

• Extensive IT experience, including at least 5 years in L1/L2 Production Support
• Strong knowledge of Java application support, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
• Working experience with Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and JIRA ticket management.
• Monitor application logs, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Handle P1/P2 critical incidents, bridge calls, and escalations.
• Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate shift handovers and maintain continuous support coverage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Production Support, Java, Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and SQL.
• Azure, Docker/Kubernetes exposure.
• ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
