Product Manager - Online Marketplace Platform

Sittercity is seeking a Product Manager to help build and optimize our childcare marketplace platform. In this role, you'll translate caregiver and parent needs into clear product requirements, prioritize a customer-first roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver intuitive, secure digital experiences. You'll analyze user data and feedback to drive feature enhancements, streamline search and matching workflows, and improve trust and safety tools. Ideal candidates bring product experience in consumer or marketplace tech, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping families access safe, reliable care at scale.

Responsibilities
