Job description

Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions. Translate business needs into requirements and user stories, manage Agile backlogs, coordinate delivery and testing, and ensure compliance in a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and technology teams to identify and deliver AI and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create, prioritize, and refine Agile product backlogs.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities.
  • Coordinate solution design, testing, user acceptance, and business approval.
  • Track risks and dependencies and ensure compliance with SDLC, security, and regulatory requirements.
