Business Analyst (Automotive industry exp Mandatory)

·  The work location is Torrance, CA 90503.

·  The role is Hybrid, with 4 days per week in the office.

·  The resource must be local.

·  There are no visa restrictions for this role.

·  The client will not pay for travel and expenses.

·  Industry experience is required for this role.

Job description:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Assess current processes and suggest optimal solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain and manage detailed documentation including business processes, workflows, and project deliverables.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between expectations and deliverables.
• Identify challenges, anticipate risks, and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them.
