Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst Microsoft 365 (M365) for one of its clients Remote

Job Title: Business Analyst Microsoft 365 (M365)

Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft 365 (M365) expertise to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to deliver M365-based solutions that improve productivity and collaboration.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (M365), including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power Platform
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation
  • Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Work Site: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
