The Role

• Lead HR Operations for over 700 employees across warehouse, customer service, and outside sales functions.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing HR team to support significant operational growth.
• Drive the recruitment and hiring process for exceptional employees and leaders.
• Partner with leadership on key HR initiatives including performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, shift, or warehouse environments, including prior management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Solid understanding of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Willingness to travel for initial training at various North American locations.
