Job Description

CF Industries seeks a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in a fast-paced software environment. You will oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Partner with leadership to design people strategies that support rapid growth, foster an inclusive culture, and drive engagement. Manage benefits and HRIS data integrity, support learning and development programs, and leverage HR analytics to guide decisions. This role requires strong communication, change management, and the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for a growing software organization
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Oversee performance management and support people managers with coaching
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Develop and support learning and development and career growth programs
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement
  • Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and report to leadership
