Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, a passion for sales, and a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business through outbound cold calls and cold emails

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

Understand merchant needs and present tailored solutions

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

1 3 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role

Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals

Highly self-driven with a hunger for success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails)

Eagerness to learn about our products, merchants' businesses, and the fintech industry

Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
