Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support Application Management Services (AMS) for an onsite client engagement in San Bernardino, CA. The consultant will handle day-to-day production support, incident resolution, and minor enhancements across SAP Finance and Controlling modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP FICO — incident resolution, break-fix, and root-cause analysis within SLAs.
  • Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO) — cost center, profit center, internal orders.
  • Support period-end and year-end close activities.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between FI/CO and MM/SD modules.
  • Manage minor enhancements, configuration changes, and change requests.
  • Coordinate with business/functional teams to gather requirements and resolve tickets.
  • Maintain documentation — RCA reports, SOPs, knowledge-base articles.

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of SAP FICO experience, with dedicated AMS/production-support background.
  • Strong hands-on GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO configuration.
  • Experience with FI-MM / FI-SD integration troubleshooting.
  • Ticketing tool experience (ServiceNow/Remedy) and SLA-driven support.
  • Willingness to work onsite in San Bernardino, CA.
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing support calls.
