Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze business requirements, customer/user feedback, qualitative and quantitative data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and evaluate business and product outcomes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage and refine the product backlog, evaluate solutions, and align stakeholders around customer and business needs.
3. Develop presentations, reports, dashboards, and supporting analysis to communicate findings, product results, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, business solutions, or related roles, including Agile delivery, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional product development.
Technical Skills	Product Management, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Agile Design & Delivery, Product Backlog Management, Data Analysis & Metrics, Reporting & Dashboards, AI User Experience, Requirements Analysis
Business / Domain Skills	Product Discovery, Customer Experience, Business Process Analysis, Outcome & KPI Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with modern product discovery, lean experimentation, user research, iterative delivery, and outcome-focused product development.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams and executives and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
