Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Provide advanced production support for SAP CPQ applications, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
2. Configure and enhance product catalogs, pricing, discounting, guided selling, approval rules, workflows, document templates, security, and related CPQ functionality.
3. Analyze integration requirements and support interfaces between SAP CPQ, CRM, ERP, pricing, tax, order management, and downstream systems.
4. Translate business requirements into functional solutions and support testing, release management, deployments, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	4–10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, configuration, application support, enhancements, integrations, and production issue resolution.
Technical Skills	SAP CPQ, Product Configuration, Pricing and Discounting, CPQ Workflows, API and Web Services, SAP/ERP Integration, Functional Specifications, Testing and Release Management
Business / Domain Skills	Quote-to-Cash, Sales Processes, Requirements Analysis, Production Support, Root Cause Analysis, Business Process Improvement
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting complex SAP CPQ implementations, enhancements, or enterprise application environments.
2. Experience integrating CPQ solutions with CRM, ERP, pricing, tax, order management, or other enterprise platforms.
