Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and reviews of existing business processes and applications.
2. Lead Oracle RMCS solution design discussions, translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions, and coordinate configuration activities and solution demonstrations with offshore teams.
3. Analyze end-to-end revenue lifecycle integrations involving sales orders, subscription contracts, Order Management, Salesforce, and other upstream systems to ensure consistent transaction and data flows into RMCS.
4. Validate proposed solutions through system testing, stakeholder reviews, and demonstrations; obtain stakeholder alignment and sign-off, and provide end-user training and implementation support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing or related Oracle revenue management solutions, with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), solution design, business requirements analysis, and enterprise revenue lifecycle processes.

Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting enterprise revenue management and financial business processes, including revenue lifecycle operations, sales transactions, subscription contracts, and revenue-related data flows. Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, scalable solution designs, process flows, and system requirements. Experience connecting upstream business processes—including order management and subscription management—with revenue management systems to support end-to-end transaction traceability and business alignment. Experience leading client solution design discussions, coordinating offshore delivery teams, demonstrating proposed solutions, and securing stakeholder alignment and approval.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
