Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze business requirements and design scalable SAP solutions that support financial, operational, and organizational objectives.
2. Configure and support SAP applications, business processes, integrations, and related system components while maintaining alignment with architectural standards.
3. Lead functional testing, issue resolution, production support, and continuous improvement activities across SAP implementations and enhancements.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support successful delivery.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of SAP experience, including extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, functional solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
Technical Skills	SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Configuration, SAP Integration, SAP Finance, Functional Testing, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications
Business / Domain Skills	Financial Management, Business Process Optimization, Requirements Analysis, Process Integration, Compliance, Stakeholder Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting SAP financial or enterprise business processes, including accounting, financial reporting, or related operational functions.
2. Familiarity with SAP real estate, contract management, lease accounting, or other specialized SAP functional capabilities.
